The Shota offers a pre-fixed course of Edomae-style omakase sushi and SushiYa dishes. Using seasonal seafood items sourced and jet-flown from the well known, Toyose Fish Market in Japan to maintain the highest quality. Our chefs ensure authenticity using a traditional-Edomae technique such as aging, curing, and marinating. Guests will also delight in SushiYa dishes which are made using fresh and local ingredients.

Our current sushiya modern omakase menu is priced at $200 per person. Guests are to partake in 9 sushi and a few sushiya courses. Please plan up to 2 hours for your dinner experience.
