In this class you will learn:
- The fundaments to creating a holiday punch
- Choosing and creating the right syrups
- Scaling recipes for Large Format Servings
During the class, each guest will learn to make 3 cocktails with 2 to enjoy during the class and 1 bottled to take home, receive a take-home punch "cheat sheet", and a Violet Hour tote bag.
