It's high time we take a deep dive into Bourbon. Join us for an exploration of some of Kentucky's finest. This workshop will feature a side-by-side tasting of four styles: high corn, high rye, wheated, cask strength and guide through how to build cocktails that celebrate the hard work and craftsmanship that goes into a prized American Spirit.
As in all of our classes, we cover cocktail-making fundamentals, guiding participants through making (and enjoying) three cocktails – this hands-on class has something to offer both novices & professionals.

• TVH Old Fashioned – Russell’s Reserve 10 Yr (high corn) Bourbon, scorched demerara, Angostura
• Bird on a Wire – Buffalo Trace (wheated) Bourbon, Rothman & Winter Pear, lemon, cinnamon, Angostura
• Brass Tacks – Old Grand Dad Bonded (Cask Strength) Bourbon, almond, coffee, pecan, Boker’s Bitters
For the enjoyment of your afternoon and evening, we do not recommend coming to this class on an empty stomach.
