Let's get international with our whisk(e)y! Spend a Saturday afternoon exploring grain from around the globe. This workshop will feature a side-by-side tasting of Irish, Scottish, and Japanese Whisk(e)y before we build three cocktails that celebrate the hallmarks of each style.
As in all of our classes, we cover cocktail-making fundamentals, guiding participants through making (and enjoying) three cocktails – this hands-on class has something to offer both novices & professionals.
What We'll Make:
• More Irish than Catholic – Dubliner Irish Whiskey, Ramazotti, Dolin Blanc, Spiced George Pear, Peychaud’s
• Tongue in Cheek – Iwai 45, Carpano Antica, Frag, lemon, soda
• When Pigs Fly – Blended Scotch, Carpano Antica, Gran Classico, Angostura, Orange Bitters, Laphroaig Rinse
For the enjoyment of your afternoon and evening, we do not recommend coming to this class on an empty stomach.
