After conducting a side-by-side tasting, we'll fashion three cocktails showcasing, rather than subduing, the special qualities of peated scotch. As in all of our classes, we cover cocktail-making fundamentals, guiding participants through making (and enjoying) three cocktails – this hands-on class has something to offer both novices & professionals.
What you'll make:
• Golf Clap – Scotch, Falernum, smoked pineapple, Passionfruit, almond, lime
• Scorched Earth – Ardbeg, Bourbon, Cynar, Elderflower, Grapefruit & Lemon Bitters
• Don’t Eat the Leaves! – Blended Scotch, Bourbon, Carpano Antica, Zucca, Strawberry, Demerara, Angostura
