In Partnership with Frontline Farms and Goldspot Brewing Company, Jared has curated a dinner that explores Colorado's rich heritage of Farming and Brewing. A Plant-Based Experience for all to enjoy.
We will be providing a menu with options for Carnivores and Herbivores (this means our vegan friends are welcome. :)

Notes of dank mango, grapefruit, and apricot 6.75% ABV, 90 IBU
SECOND Agua Chili
Cured Bass or Beets, cucumber, espazote and purslane
Orange Honey Rye Saison
Notes of spicy orange, wildflower honey 6% ABV
Corn dumpling, sumac roasted squash, green bean casserole
Notes of honey and light corn. Crisp, slightly sweet and refreshing.
Pork or Cauliflower
Pork Belly or Cauliflower Steak, sweet potato, bronze fennel and red-eye gravy
Sea of Cherries
Pinot Noir Oenobeer. Notes of Montmorency tart cherries, light tannin and crisp minerality.
Braised pears, wildflowers, black apple cake
Rum barrel aged Noble Experiment
Dragon and Passionfruit Belgian. Notes of red tropical fruit, passionfruit and slight spice
