Award-winning restaurant-bar, Tippling Club welcomes definitive luxury single malt whisky, The Dalmore, for a one-night only whisky pairing dinner. The Dalmore brings together fine culinary elements and exceptional single malt blends to the public for its famed Royal Feast on Wednesday, 20 November 2019, a carefully curated six-course dinner that brings The Dalmore’s exquisite range to life in a unique and memorable setting.
The story of The Dalmore King Alexander III will be brought to life through this immersive banquet-style dining experience – where each course and pairing will share brief excerpts about the said expression, culminating with a toast about King Alexander III. The courses are inspired by the exquisite casks used to create The Dalmore King Alexander III, and specially paired with The Dalmore’s intricate range of whiskies. During this dinner, guests will also learn more about the single malt whisky brand’s Royal Heritage and its age-old sacred approach to multi-cask maturation.
Tippling Club and The Dalmore welcome whisky enthusiasts and gourmands to join in for a private banquet-style gastronomical evening. Adam Knox, Asia’s Resident Whisky Expert of The Dalmore, will also flying down specifically for the event to bring his own unique artistry to this presentation; giving the audience a tantalising and unique experience. The winning cocktail of the Singapore Decadent Digestif competition will also be making an appearance at the end of the meal.
This edition of the Royal Feast will take place exclusively at the newly renovated second floor of Tippling Club on Wednesday, 20 November 2019, and is limited to 20 seats only, priced at S$220.00++ per person.
