Tippling Club welcomes back world-renowned bartender, Joe Schofield, in celebration of the launch of his new cocktail book – Schofield’s Fine And Classic Cocktails. Supported by Remy Cointreau, guests will be given an opportunity to come up-close and personal with Joe Schofield, and
have a taste of his unique concoctions.
A name no stranger to Tippling Club, Joe kick-started Tippling Club’s series of award winning multi-sensory menus. This included the world’s first edible menu - Gummy Bears, and the widely acclaimed Sensorium menus, both of which had been recognised amongst the top ten “World’s Best Cocktail Menu” on the Tales Of The Cocktail Spirited Awards.
Since joining Tippling Club in 2017 as head bartender, Joe, along with Tippling club owner, Ryan Clift, has lead Tippling Club to take the bar scene by storm and has since then, racked up an impressive mantel of accolades. Notable achievements include being ranked number 7 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars, number 31 on World’s 50 Best Bars in 2018, and Best International Restaurant Bar at The Tales of Cocktail’s 2017 Spirited Awards.
In celebration of this new book launch, Tippling Club has partnered with Remy Cointreau to organise a book launch event where guests will be given the opportunity to purchase a personalised copy of the book from the man himself. During the launch Joe will also showcase two of his favourite cocktails from his new book. Tipples include Between The Sheets, a light and refreshing cocktail, and a light and sour classic, The White Lady.
