In celebration of National Women’s Day, we are thrilled to welcome winemaker Nicole Martain to Topolobampo!
Nicole literally grew up between the barrels of her father’s Ensenada winery, Valmar, one of Mexico’s first boutique wineries (1987). Today, after a degree in enology and internships in Napa and Argentina, she makes spectacular wines from legendary Northern Baja grapes—both under her own label, Valle de Tintos, and, now, under her father’s label as well.
Chef de Cuisine Meagan O’Connor and Pastry Chef Jennifer Melendrez have crafted a unique run of courses (yes, it’s unlike anything you’ve seen in Topolo!) to showcase four of Nicole’s beautiful bottlings.
Ever charming, Nicole will set the stage for each wine you taste, and our sommelier, Jill Gubesch, will highlight the interplay between the flavors on the plate and those in your glass. We look forward to sharing this unique experience with you.
Space is limited and we expect this dinner to sell out quickly.
Please note, seating for this event is communal. If you request special seating arraignments, contact us at Topolobampo@fronteragrill.net.
