This class: Get behind the bar with the Travail bar team and learn even more! Advanced techniques will include using liquid nitrogen, barrel aging, cryoconcentration, and other modernist techniques to present an evolved outlook in cocktail creation. Recommended for those who feel comfortable making drinks at home, or have even worked behind a bar.
Every other Sunday from January 12th - May 10th (Jan 12th, Jan 26th, Feb 9th, Feb 23rd, March 1, March 15th, March 29th, April 12th, April 26th, May 10th) at 1pm, at Travail basement bar. Classes last an hour and a half, with small snacks, several cocktails, even more tastes of spirits, and a fun and relaxed approached to learning about the joys of drinking! Recipe cards and booklets will be provided. Classes are 21+ events only -- no exceptions.
