It was more than a decade ago when Johannes von Trapp started thinking about bringing a brewery to life at his family’s lodge in Stowe, Vermont. He had a dream to brew American interpretations of the traditional lagers he enjoyed while traveling to the countryside near his ancestral Austrian home.
Journey together with us through this 4-course dining and pairing event, with each item from our humble kitchen excellently paired with Von Trapp's world class, award-winning beers. Seating is limited.
