Are your kitchen knives dull and giving you the hard time?
Chef Také, one of the owners of Uroko, Kome, and few other locations, has been on the line of sushi bar, sharpening his own knives for more than 2 decades.
He will show you how you can bring your knife back to the sharpened and maintained excellence it once was!
He will also go over general maintenance such as cleaning and storing your knife properly.
This class comes with a sharpening stone and *the option of adding "Mennaoshi" (flattening stone) with your class.
*We had limited supply of this, and unfortunately as of July 16th, we have sold out. But chef Také will also go over how you can keep your stone flat without Mennaoshi as well.
*You are required to pick up the stone between July 17th -21st at UROKO.
For this class, you will only need,
Your kitchen knife (any knife but chef knives are recommended. No flexible or serrated knives please), and paper towels.
