Join Kathy to learn to make fig miso and tofu donuts- two of the best selling recipes in Kathy's shop, Kyoto, Japan.
Fig miso is a versatile sweet and savory mix paste which can be paired with vegetables, grilled tofu, sandwiches and even made into a salad dressing.
You will also be learning to make tofu donuts, dusted with matcha sugar which makes a sweet treat but also they can be filled with savory filling to make it a savory snack.
After the class, you can enjoy hot and fresh donuts along with fig miso and vegetables to dip.
Then you will also go home with small jar of freshly made fig miso as well.
