Join Chefs: Bo Fowler, Won Kim, and Stephen Gillanders and they prepare an 8 course tasting menu experience that highlights local produce found within the Chicagoland area.
All produce has been locally foraged by Sacha Lusk, who works exclusively with these three chefs in order to showcase her products.
All ticket sales will be donated to our forager's charity of choice: RIPMID. RIPMD is an organization that buys peoples medical debt for pennies on the dollar.
