Based on Mill Road in the historic city of Cambridge, we are vanderlyle: a small restaurant which works directly with farmers, growers and producers to create a vegetable-focused tasting menu and matched flight of drinks, driven by the seasons and our suppliers. Headed by chef Alex Rushmer and restaurant manager Alice Park, our focus is on acting sustainably whenever possible: both for our team’s wellbeing and for the environment around us.
