Vanderlyle is a small restaurant in Cambridge that works directly with farmers, growers and producers to create ingredient-centric dishes and drinks. Headed by chefs Alex Rushmer and Lawrence Butler, Vanderlyle’s focus is on acting sustainably: both for our team’s wellbeing and for our environment. We source local, ethical and regenerative produce where possible, and use them to create a plant-led tasting menu and matched drinks that are driven by the seasons, and our suppliers.
