Based in the beautiful and historic city of Cambridge, Vanderlyle is a small restaurant that works directly with farmers, growers and producers to create ingredient-led menus that ebb and flow through the seasons. Led by chefs Alex Rushmer and Lawrence Butler, Vanderlyle’s primary focus is on sourcing and cooking local, ethical and sustainable produce and using it to create a menu driven by our suppliers.
