Verbena BYOB is partnering with Boisset wine to create a gourmet food and wine pairing on Tuesdays in July. Chef Scott Morozin will be creating a 6 course tasting menu for $150 per person that will pair with a wine flight that can be purchased via the Boisset website ( https://my.boissetcollection.com/tristatesipping/wineflights/verbena-byob-tasting ) prior to the event date. Wines should be purchased 7-10 business days in advance to allow for delivery for your wine. Early bookings should be those with no dietary restrictions. Menu will be posted closer to the event date.
