VESPERTINE SYMBIOS, in partnership with the Los Angeles Times Food Bowl, is a collaborative tasting menu with chefs Jordan Kahn (Vespertine), Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn), Virgilio Martínez (Central), and Niki Nakayama (n/naka).
This is a communal-style dining experience, and we welcome groups larger than four and odd-numbered parties; please reach out to [email protected] for assistance. A beverage pairing will be included with all tickets, and unlike our typical service, we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.
