Vetiver is a farm and garden–to–table dinner experience. Our events seek to highlight the best produce, dairy, and poultry available in North Texas — as well as sustainably sourced fish and seafood.

These events are made possible by the many farmers, gardeners, artisans, artists, and residents of North Texas who support the local food movement.
