This 5 course dinner will be paired with wine from Duckhorn Winery. This all inclusive dinner cost $125 including Tax and Tip. A $25 deposit per person in required for deposit.

Sous vide pork tenderloin with a cranberry, pomegranate and orange peel sauce. Served with sweet potato hash with pecans. Paired with Kosta Brown Pinot Noir
Herb crusted elk rack with house made noodles and a tomato ragout. Paired with Duckhorn Merlot
Seared Wagyu ranch steak with a fig and cardamom sauce with duck fat fingerlings and bruleed figs.
Paired with Duckhorn Cabernet
