Vino Vargas produces award-winning, méthode champenoise sparkling, white, red and dessert wines. Each wine is hand-crafted to achieve a balance that will delight your palate. Tasting experiences are with winemaker Pedro Vargas or sommelier Vicky Vargas who guides you through each wine’s unique tasting profile, name and story. The winery is located in the hills of San Miguel, just 2 miles from Highway 101, on the west side of the Paso Robles American Viticulture Area.
