Virginia Governor's Cup Case and Best in Show Cider Tasting Presentation
For the second year, Virginia Wineries Association is presenting a Governor’s Cup Case and Best in Show cider tasting at four host wineries around the state.
The in-person event will be hosted by wine writer Frank Morgan with comments from competition coordinator Jay Youmans, Master of Wine and each Case winemaker. The program will begin with tasting the Best in Show Cider and then once guests are settled, we will begin the tasting program of the 12 Governor’s Cup Case wines using a souvenir logo Riedel glass. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served.
Tickets are required to be purchased in advance and a limited number are available at each host winery.
