On March 27 & 28 evenings, enter WAGYUJIRO DRY, a no-broth “dry” ramen topped with egg yolk, lots of garlic and of course our signature thick cut wagyu brisket chashu. The highlight? A rich, soulful sauce made by carefully simmering pure wagyu beef bones. Just the right amount of this liquid gold is spared with each portion of noodles.
