Reservations are now open for members only. Membership is available on a first come first serve basis and can be secured when you book your first dining experience on Tock (please add as a supplement) or at WAGYUMAFIA HK. There is a one-off membership joining fee of HK$1,000.
Members are offered access to all Wagyumafia outlets (including Tokyo), Butcher Service, priority bookings for special events and pop ups, exclusive cuts including champion grade Kobe and more.

With an emphasis on sourcing from the top Wagyu and Kobe farmers in Japan. Hisato Hamada has curated a beef-centric tasting menu featuring flavours of Japan, Hong Kong, and abroad.
Chef will present a seasonal small plates menu focused around Wagyu and Kobe beef with live, interactive cooking and butchering demonstrations.
