At Wako we believe cooking with seasonality and the Japanese tradition in mind is our utmost priority. We strive to create visually striking dishes and serve our customers with confidence. We procure from carefully selected purveyors; our most basic ingredients and seafood are straight from Japan. We also select locally produce as much as possible. Policy Menu We offer one pre-fixe menu Omakase $165. A' la carte menu is not available. Running Late Due to our small space at Wako we will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time. If later than 15 minutes, we will give your table away. Please call us if you are running a bit late and we will do our best to hold your table. Dietary Restriction Please let our servers know of any allergies or special requests. We are also unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diet that does not include raw fish. We have limited items with soy-free options. Reservation Capacity & Time The seating capacity is 20 guests at a seating. We have 2 hours dinning time per seating. Deposit The $70 deposit will be refunded upon arrival. Cancellation Policy Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation or without prior notice (no show) will be charged $70 per person. Service Charge Please note that there is a 18% service charge added to your bill. This allows us to support our the staff. Corkage Fee You are welcome to bring your own bottle as long as they are not included in our menu. Corkage fee is $50 per 750 bottle (limit of 1 bottle). Child Policy We do not accommodate children under age of 5.
