Waldo Thai is a restaurant home to Executive Chef, Pam Liberda. Pam Liberda was born in Lampang, Northern Thailand. She acquired her skills by watching and cooking homey dishes alongside her mother. With her husband Teddy’s help and support, Pam is ready to run the show, preparing her own authentic, homey, delicious Thai food.

Reservations for the following month will open at 11am on the 15th of every month. Please note that all patrons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All reservations for bar side are 21+ only. We allocate 1.5 hours for parties of 1-3, 2 hours for parties of 4+. Thank you for your understanding.
