Westward Whiskey invites you to join Founder Christian Krogstad, Chef Matt Sigler of Il Solito & Daniel Lee, owner of Wingham Farms for a special collaboration and feast between craftsman. We will celebrate all things Northwest with a multi-course dinner featuring Wingham Farms high-quality, environmentally sustainable, and ethically farmed pig raised with the grain used to make Westward American Single Malt Whiskey. Guests will also enjoy a guided whiskey tasting and paired whiskey cocktails created to compliment each course.
