Join us under the summer sky for a lively evening celebrating the people and ingredients that make Vermont so special. This edition of our Farm Table Dinner Series shines a spotlight on Triple J Pastures, a regenerative farm in the Northeast Kingdom founded by two former Spruce Peak colleagues turned stewards of the land.
Enjoy a thoughtfully crafted four-course menu, featuring pasture-raised meats and vibrant seasonal produce from the farm, paired with a stunning lineup of wines selected by Vermont Wine Merchants. Expect everything from guajillo-glazed pork belly bites and ancho lamb tamales to carne asada and tres leches cake with strawberries, served al fresco on the Village Green.
It’s more than a dinner—it’s a homecoming, a feast, and a tribute to Vermont’s flavors, community, and connection.
In the event of inclement weather, the dinner will be moved indoors to the WhistlePig Pavilion.
