Wild Pomelo is a pop-up concept created by Jimmy Wong and Samantha Ho, two displaced pastry cooks, that serves a 6-course dessert only tasting menu.
Our menus feature a collaborative pre-dessert, then followed by four alternating dishes made by each of us, and finally capped off with two mignardises by each chef.
