Alsace, the French wine region that was formerly known as Elsass, and was a part of Germany. Today Alsatian culture reflects both French and German influences but has a distinct and unique personality. In this boot camp, we will explore the fascinating history of this region and we’ll try three amazing wines that reflect the unique terroir of Alsace.
