RIESLING! The grape of grapes, the king of kings, the most loved, the most hated, the most misunderstood. In this virtual wine boot camp, we will open three amazing bottles of Riesling and talk about the Riesling's identity- its past, present, and future. We will learn, we will laugh, we will cry, and, by the end of it, we may even become best friends. P.S I beg you to order Chinese food for this one, as it is one of the best pairings for Riesling.
Your wines will be shipped prior to your class. Class is hosted live at 6:30pm ET; if you are unable to attend at that time, we offer the option to view a recording after the class at a time of your choosing.
Your registration fee includes three bottles of wine, tasting grids, warm-up & cool-down emails with pairing suggestions, serving instructions, an invite to a private hour-long Zoom class.
