The unique geographic conditions created by the Mediterranean sunshine and cold mountain air are perfect for the savory red and white local grape varieties and truffles, which grow here in abundance.
In this boot camp, we will taste four classic Piemontese wines and talk about this region's rich history, unique wine-making, and culinary traditions.
