Drink the Camino de Santiago!
An ancient pilgrim path across the north of the Iberian Peninsula, the "Way of Saint James" begins in France and finishes in the holy city of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia—and it just happens to cross some of the best winemaking areas in all of Spain! There's a lot to discover, from the famous running of the bulls in Pamplona and wine country in Rioja to eating octopus in the Galician countryside. In this boot camp, we'll make our own pilgrimage through the wines of Northern Spain.
