Fossilized chalk, volcanic rocks, clay, and sand to name a few. The type of soil will directly influence the character of the wine. The soul comes from the soil.
In this class, we will blind taste 4 wines grown on 4 distinctive soil types and you will learn about the mysterious concept of Terroir!
