Join Beverage and Retail Director Kara Flaherty for our first Saturday afternoon class. This week we will be learning how to put a cheese & charcuterie plate together to impress your dinner guests. Class includes lunch: a selection of sandwiches, salads, and soup, one mimosa per guest, and the option to take your creation home with you!
On Saturday, August 12th from 11:30-1:30 pm learn how much cheese to buy for your guests along with great ideas for themes, and what cheeses, meats, accoutrements, and beverages work best together.
Please note all sales are final, tickets can be transferred to others, and the space can only be accessed down a flight of stars.
