Chef Diego Felix brings an Argentinian tradition to the Santa Cruz Mountains, right here at Wrights Station Winery. Gather your friends & family and come on up for our first ever Argentinian Asado en el Bosque: A Sunday Roast in the Forest.
Asado is essential to Argentina’s national identity, like the tango. The very word asado refers to both the gathering and the meal. An asado is as much about friends and family coming together, as the meat and vegetables that will be expertly grilled over coals and served in stages over the next hours.
Your feast begins with a stroll through the vineyard to arrive at our new premier space, the majestic Redwood Grove. There, our Asador Diego, will be tending to the embers for a low and slow roast. Please click the picture of menu above; you'll savor steak, chicken, pork, mushrooms, and much more, and of course, we've got plenty of wine on hand!
Your first glass of wine is on us, included in the ticket price! Then, enjoy wine by the bottle or glass for the rest of the day.
