We are a pop-up restaurant focused on sustainability and seasonality. Our menu is Asian inspired but open to the influence of many different food cultures. Helmed by Chef Connor Johnson, with Sous Chefs Tyler Nickson and John Eisele. With more than 12 Michelin stars worth of experience, as chefs, we are trying to break away from the stuffy fine dining while still serving high-class dishes, but in a much more relaxed, fun environment. No detail will be overlooked, and no guest will leave hungry.
