Archipelago specializes in Pacific Northwest cuisine with progressive Filipino American flavors. They’re now offering limited balikbayan boxes, which historically, are boxes sent to loved ones in the Philippines. Archipelago’s boxes are filled with an assortment of seasonal produce from some of the team’s favorite Northwest farms, various sauces, sustainable proteins, and a few special surprises. When ordering, you can add wild rice, cooking oils, in-house butchered pork, organic flour, bottled juices, and wine.
