There’s no doubt about it: this year, Thanksgiving is going to look a little bit different. Maybe your gathering will be smaller. Perhaps your usual travel plans have been put on hold. After a year filled with curveballs, there’s one thing we can all look forward to, and that’s a delicious meal shared with close friends and family. The team at Reverence is putting together stunning Thanksgiving kits for those who want to put the finishing touches on their meal. One kit includes a local black walnut-brined heritage turkey with all the fixings, dessert, and an optional wine pairing. Chef Russell Jackson is making his father’s oyster stuffing, roasted shallot gravy, foraged cranberry lime compote, and Basque-style burnt Kabocha squash cheesecake. Video instructions are included.
