Noma LA 2026

This spring, we’ll spend sixteen weeks in LA, from March 11 to June 26, cooking, listening, learning, and building a body of work rooted in this place. Alongside the residency, which will be documented as part of a special film project, we’ll open a Noma Projects shop in Silver Lake, host a number of events with friends at MAD, and collaborate with cooks, artists, and communities we admire across the city.
