Join us in Muenster on Saturday, February 14, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm and enjoy an evening of dinner, wine, & live music performed by Dave Alexander.
The experience includes:
A welcome glass of our Effervesce sparkling wine upon arrival.
A starter salad featuring field greens, strawberries, shaved parmesan, walnuts, and a balsamic vinaigrette.
Choose from a Carved Prime Rib served with Au Jus OR Salmon with rosemary honey butter glaze accompanied with chef potatoes with lemon and oregano & green beans amandine.
For dessert, a chocolate crème brûlée.
One glass of wine is included per ticket. Our regular wine menu will be available for selection. Club members may purchase Limited Production Wines if they so choose.
Each ticket is $94.50 ($189 per couple)
Club 4R Members receive a $5 discount per ticket $89.50 ($179 per couple)

Date Night attire is suggested. No T-shirts or shorts, please. All TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets are transferable provided the purchaser notifies 4R Ranch by WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, by phone at 940-736-3370 so that we may modify our guest list.
The tasting room will seat 55 persons for this dinner. If you would like to sit with another couple that is purchasing tickets separately, call us at 940-736-3370 by Wednesday, February 11th. We will NOT move tables the night of the event.
If this dinner sells out and there is significant interest, we will schedule a second event on a future date.
Our Valentine's dinner is a 21 and up event. Pets are not allowed. This is a prix-fixe menu, we are unable to accommodate menu substitutions.
Club Members can also pick up their February club order. Add 2 or more wines to your club order for a 10% additional discount.
