We'll focus on not only what makes the Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, and Semillon so great from these nations but also zoom in on some of the largely overlooked wines like the Pinot Noirs of Central Otago and the old vine Grenaches of Australia that are baffling in their deliciousness and affordability. The World Of Wine Series introduces 100 wines from 100 of the world’s most famous appellations. As with all of our events, we use wine as a way to connect dots; we draw lines between flavors, farming, culture, and beyond. It’s a way to sip wine and engage the world in ways that that can be sometimes hilarious, at times deadly serious, but most importantly, always intoxicatingly interesting.
