Join us for a coursed wine dinner at 725 Mass featuring Trione Vineyards of Sonoma County. $125/ticket (plus additional tax + gratuity) includes coursed dinner with wine pairings from Chef Kelly.
What to expect:
Fun communal seating, excellent wine & even better company! Trione Winery will be in house to offer in depth knowledge and tasting notes throughout dinner.
Menu:
To start - Rustic bread & aged parmesan with truffle honey & olives
1st - steak tartare, roasted beet bruschetta, smoked walnut, pickled shallot & parsley salad paired with Trione Chardonnay
2nd - chilled lobster salad, mandarin & rose vinaigrette, tarragon oil, avocado mousse, two sisters arugula paired with Trione Sauvignon Blanc
3rd - cocoa ravioli filled with prosciutto, black pepper cream, brown beech mushrooms paired with Trione Zinfandel
4th - grilled lamb chops, aligot potatoes, green olive ravigote, juniper berry pinot noir jus paired with Trione Pinot Noir
