Kothai Republic opened in December of 2022 with a simple mission in mind…… “Serve really good food made by people who care, and make people happy!!!”. We serve our interpretation of California Cuisine with Asian flavors woven throughout the menu. We love what we do, where we live, and the people who make up this amazing place we call home.
