Fresh squeezed lemonade, homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches made completely from scratch, and the ultimate build-your-own popcorn bar — this playful summer-inspired workshop teaches kids ages 7–12 how fun and easy it can be to make fresh snacks at home using simple, quality ingredients instead of packaged or processed foods.
Kids will learn how to make homemade treats and snacks they can confidently recreate again and again at home — from popping fresh popcorn on the stove to baking homemade cookies and building ice cream sandwiches completely from scratch.
As part of our Kids Summer Culinary Workshop Series, guests will spend the afternoon mixing, baking, building, and tasting their way through a hands-on kitchen experience designed to spark creativity, confidence, and curiosity around cooking.
Each reservation includes:

Professional instruction and kitchen supplies
Parents are welcome to relax, work remotely, or enjoy coffee and pastries in our café during the workshop, but are not required to remain onsite.
Workshop duration is approximately 2–2.25 hours. Closed-toed shoes are required and long hair must be tied back.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event receive a refund or gift certificate. No refunds or reschedules within 72 hours. No-shows forfeit payment. A Flourshop reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to low participation or unforeseen circumstances. Guests will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop.
