Experience a 9-course tasting menu featuring elevated selections such as Hokkaido uni and scallop monaka, Aburi sashimi (Hamachi, Chutoro), Kinmedai & wagyu shabu shabu with an optional upgrade to A5 Miyazaki wagyu, and a series of refined handrolls and nigiri including Aburi toro, salmon toro, and toro taku with miso soup. Finish with a refreshing Japanese young ginger panna cotta.
