Lamb & Wagyu Sukiyaki Dinner with Chef Ryotaro Matsuzaki
Join ABURI SUSHI at Waterworks Food Hall for a one-night-only lamb and wagyu sukiyaki (Japanese hotpot) event with Chef Ryotaro Matsuzaki.
Experience a 9-course tasting menu featuring elevated selections such as Hotate Monaka, Aburi sashimi (Hamachi, Chutoro), and Lamb & Wagyu sukiyaki with late summer vegetables, with an optional upgrade to A5 Miyazaki wagyu. The menu continues with a series of refined handrolls and nigiri including Salmon Oshi Temaki, Belt Fish Bo-sushi Temaki, Aburi Toro Nigiri Temaki, Aburi Salmon Toro Nigiri Temaki, and Toro Taku Temaki. Finish with a refreshing Ginger Panna Cotta.
