The world of whiskey (whisky?) is complicated. Note that even the spelling is debated. And there are so many versions from so many places - from Kentucky to Japan to India. So what exactly does make whiskey unique to a place?
On Sunday, March 16th, in honor of St. Patrick's Day, Atlas is offering a class that will deep-dive into the pure pleasure of Irish whiskey. It will be a comparative tasting of three distinct offerings from the famed Middleton Distillery, beginning with a welcome cocktail and concluding with a pour of their stunning “Very Rare” release.
As with all the classes that are held at Atlas, everyone will get to take their whiskey glass home with them. The idea is that if you come to all the classes, you’ll have a ready-made collection of different cocktail glasses to show-off those newly acquired skills. Not bad, huh?
Tickets are $40 per person. Space is limited. And, yes, it's a good start to a proper St. Patrick's Day.
