This Master Class will feature an in-depth guided tasting led by Philippe André who's flying in from Champagne Charles Heidsieck for the event. It will be followed by a food and Champagne pairing experience created with Chef Kevin Callaghan of Acme. Together we will enjoy four Charles Heidsieck cuvées, each paired with a thoughtfully designed small plate.
This event is $250 per person (not including tax & gratuity) and space is extremely limited.
The evening is also a special preview of a luxury wine journey with The Olive Road through the heart of Champagne, to Alsace, and back to Paris in Fall 2026 — offering you a taste of the kind of insider access and culinary experiences that will define the trip.
