There's a kind of dinner that can only happen when everything on the table comes from people who know the ground it grew in. This is that dinner.
Join us in the Acquiesce courtyard for an unforgettable evening celebrating the land that feeds us — a true farm-to-fork experience pairing the just-harvested bounty of Honest Acre Farm with the artistry of chef, Jake DesVoignes, and, of course, our estate-grown white Rhône wines.
Honest Acre, just up the road in Linden, is the work of first-generation farmer Matt Jones, who tends his fields with the same regenerative philosophy we live by here in the vineyard — caring for the soil so the soil cares for everything that follows. What that means for you: produce picked at its peak, transformed by Jake into a multi-course menu designed around the season, and poured alongside the wines that share its sense of place.
As the light softens over the estate and the courtyard fills with the smell of something wonderful, you'll taste exactly what this corner of Lodi can do when farmer, chef, and winemaker are all pulling in the same direction.
Seats are limited, and evenings like this don't come around often. We'd love to have you at the table.
