Acre Restaurant is founded by Chef and Owner Andrew Longres. It is founded on the principals of amazing ingredients, refined execution and exceptional warmth and hospitality.

Acre is an homage to rolling acres in Liberty, Missouri. the farm owned by Chef Andrew Longres' grandparents brings back fond memories and the wealth of knowledge that he gained over the years.

- Due to the size of the dining room please note that we try to allot 1.5 hours for parties of 2; 2 hours for 3-6; and 2.5 hours for 7+ guests. - Please Include any infants or children in your total reservation number. Eating or not we need to accommodate for space at the table for your little ones. Please let us know if you need a high-chair or booster seat when making your reservations. - Thank you for helping keep the experience consistent for all of our guests.
